Included ♦ power consumption (up to 5.00 euros/day) ♦ bed linen and towels (no beach towels) ♦ swimming pool heating from early june to the of september (between 25 and 29 degrees) Exclusive ♦ beach towels to be brought along ♦ final cleaning: 90 euro ♦ deposit: 600 euro Optional ♦ Pets: 45 EUR/pet/stay (max. 1 Pet allowed) All prices are per week, unless expressly stated otherwise. Rental takes place from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. Terms of payment.. ♦ Advance payment of 20% must be paid within 10 days of confirmation of your reservation. ♦ There is a deposit of 600 eur asked, this is refunded to the account of the tenant, after telephone agreement of the contact. The payment shall be no later than 2 weeks before the starting date of the rental period. ♦ Final cleaning to be paid on arrival ♦ The balance of the rent + deposit no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
